Frequently asked

What if no units are assessed competent?
You see the result on screen for free and there is no charge. The fee only applies when at least one unit is assessed as competent — that is when there is something worth issuing an official letter for. You can submit more evidence to reopen the assessment when you have it.
Do I have to pay if at least one unit is competent?
Only if you want the official PDF outcome letter. The $50 fee unlocks the downloadable letter you would hand to an employer or to another training organisation seeking proof. If you do not need the formal letter, you can keep the on screen result as a personal record at no charge — though we delete that record after thirty days.
Can my employer or RTO pay for me?
Yes. Forward the payment link from the unlock page. The downloaded letter is identical whoever pays.
Is this an ASQA issued certificate?
No. The outcome letter is a record of the assessment your nominated assessor made. PriorLeap is not an ASQA registered training organisation. The receiving employer or RTO may use the letter to grant credit transfer at their own discretion.
What happens to my data?
Files, conversations and outcomes are automatically deleted thirty days after your assessment is finalised. Download what you need before then. We treat short retention as a security feature, not a limitation. Records that no longer exist on our servers cannot be stolen in a breach, so the smaller the window we hold your data, the smaller the cyber security exposure to you.
